Once a student has been fully admitted to ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½ and has their
ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½ email address and login credentials, they can begin the process of applying for
on-campus housing!
Applying is simple and can be done by clicking which will then redirect you to your MyHousing Portal. From there select the housing
application under the subsection βApply for Housingβ and follow the guided steps.
Be sure to read all steps and contract information carefully before completing the
entire application. Please be aware that for all new / first time residents living
on campus, there is a $200 application fee and a $50 activity fee that must be paid
upon completing the housing application.

of our students. To best fulfill this commitment, the University requires first-year
students to live in on-campus housing for the first two semesters. In addition, we
encourage students to live in University Housing throughout their tenure at ΒιΆΉΣ³»΄«Γ½.

All students who live in on-campus housing are required to purchase a meal plan with
Dining Services. Plan option availability is dependent on how many credit hours a
student has completed.
